Overview

It's time to take a break immersed in nature. Hike the unmissable "Cascate del Monotre" National Park, the river will give you a great show with waterfalls and natural lakes. This hiking tour will take you to the ancient Hermitage of Santa Maria Giacobbe, dug into the rock of "Sasso di Pale", where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of Foligno and the valley. In the end go visit the Caves "Grotte dell'Abbadessa" (May to Oct, only weekends). This whole loop is about 15km of pure joy for nature-loving hikers.
